Over the last 10+ years I have read many good books and listened to many insightful presentations and debates between Christians and atheists. The list is far from being comprehensive: Seasoned ministries like the ones from Josh McDowell and Lee Strobel have been joined by comparatively new ministries like the one of Wes Huff (who became popular over night by exposing popular conspiracy theories online).

Besides atheism, Islam is the worldview most opposed to Christianity since it denies the entirety of the Gospel (deity of Christ, death of Jesus on the Cross and therefore subsequently His resurrection from the dead).
